Sour Berry Margarita by Mr. Consistent
What You Need:
- Mr. Consistent Sours Mix
- Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
- Mr. Consistent Essentail Shaker
- Mr. Consistent Floral Garnish
- Berry Compote - 300g
- Gin - 30ml
- Vodka - 300ml
- Sparkling Rose *Optional
- White Sugar - 1/4 Cup
- Muddler
- Ice
Method: 1: Prepare Make the Berry Liqueur:
- Combine 300g of Mixed Berry Compote and 300ml Vodka in a mason jar.
- Shake thoroughly to combine.
- Add ¼ cup White Sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved
- Strain and discard solids
2: Create
- 15ml Berry Liqueur
- 30ml Gin
- 60ml Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
- 15ml Mr. Consistent Sour Mix
3: Serve
- Add ice and shake vigourously.
- Double strain into cocktail glass.
- Garnish with Mr. Consistent florals. (Optional) After shaking, add sparkling rose
