YOU’LL NEED TO STEEP YOUR TEA, SO POP THE KETTLE ON AND LET’S GET TO MAKING COCKTAILS!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix
- 1x Chai Tea Powder 1tbsp
- 2x Pickled Chilli
- 1x Bourbon 700ml
- Ice

- 1x White Sugar 1 Cup
- 1x Cup of Boiling Water
- 1x Mason Jar
- 1x Bartender Essentials Kit
- 1x Fine Strainer
- 1x Measuring Jug

METHOD:
1: Chai Tea Syrup
- Add 1 tablespoon of Chai Tea to 1 cup of boiling water.
- Add 1 cup white sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Allow to steep before straining tea from liquid.
- TIP: You can use the syrup immediately or infuse for up to an hour for a stronger chai taste.
2: CREATE
- Muddle 2 pickled chilli in cocktail shaker.
- Pour 75ml Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix into shaker.
- Add 45ml bourbon.
- Add 15ml chai tea syrup.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
3: SERVE
- Fine strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with dried orange and enjoy.
