Eat your greens or drink your greens? Why not both?
We've created a delicious Cucumber Margarita, a spin on our Classic Marg to get those extra greens in. What's even better, is that is tastes just delightful. Consider it healthy, right?
Recipe serves 1.
What you need:
- Cucumber
- Ginger (optional)
- Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
- Tequila (or Water for a Mocktail)
- Ice
- Dried Lime for Garnish
How to create:
Cucumber Juice:
- In a blender, add 1/4 a cucumber and 1/4 cup of water. Blend until smooth. [Optional: Add ginger for those extra health benefits].
- Strain juice to remove any remaining lumps and set aside.
Cucumber Margarita
- In a cocktail shaker, pour 75mls Margarita Mix.
- Add 45mls of tequila (for a mocktail, replace tequila with 45mls of water, coconut water or a non-alcoholic spirit).
- Add 45mls of fresh cucumber juice.
- Add a handful of ice and shaker.
- Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish with a dried lime.
